WHAT IS THE CFDA FITNESS CHALLENGE?
The CFDA FITNESS CHALLENGE is a 6 week program designed for enhancing any athletes performance no matter what level you are!
The program will consist of varied barbell, gymnastics and conditioning movements designed to give you a full body workout every-time! Classes are 1 hour long and will always be guided by a fitness professional.
Alongside the training program each athlete will be provided with a diet plan to follow that will take the guess work out of planning your everyday meals! We ask everyone that participates in this challenge that they make the full commitment for the 6 weeks and see it through to the end! Consistency is key to attaining results! You will work hard, you will be challenged and you will see results!
